Account Suspension for Prohibited Content

Overview

Accounts may be suspended when our systems or moderators detect content that violates our policies. If an account is suspended for posting prohibited content, the suspension is permanent and the account cannot be reactivated.

Why accounts are suspended

We suspend accounts to keep the platform safe and to comply with legal and community standards. An account may be suspended if it is used to post, share, or promote prohibited content, including (but not limited to):

  • Sexual content involving minors or any form of child exploitation

  • Non-consensual intimate content (including “revenge porn”)

  • Content that promotes or instructs violence, terrorism, or extremist activity

  • Hate speech or harassment targeting protected groups

  • Graphic violence or gore posted to shock or glorify harm

  • Illegal activities, instructions, or facilitation (fraud, scams, trafficking, etc.)

  • Repeated attempts to bypass enforcement actions or platform safeguards

What “permanent suspension” means

If your account was suspended for prohibited content:

  • The suspension is final

  • The account cannot be restored

  • Creating new accounts to bypass enforcement may result in those accounts being suspended as well

Can I appeal?

In some cases, we review suspensions if you believe the action was taken in error. If an appeal option is available in your account or in the suspension notice, you may submit it once.

Please note:

  • If our review confirms prohibited content was posted, the suspension remains permanent.

  • For severe violations, no appeal is available.

What you can do next

  • Review our Content Policy to understand what is not allowed

  • If you have an active subscription or paid service tied to the account, check the suspension notice or billing portal for next steps (if applicable)

  • If you believe your account was compromised, submit a request through our support form (where available) with any relevant details

Final note

We understand this can be frustrating, but we do not reactivate accounts suspended for prohibited content. This policy helps protect our community and maintain platform integrity.
