How do I stop receiving Emails from FansMine?
FansMine may sometimes send emails to the address that you have registered your account with. For example, we notify you when you have unread messages in your inbox, or when you activate a new subscription.
Help! I've lost access to my two-factor authenticator app
If you have previously enabled two-factor authentication, you should be able to retrieve the rotating code needed during login from your authenticator app - for most people, that would be Google Authenticator.

FansMine allows you to connect different third-party providers to your account.
Changing my username
Users can change their username in the Account settings.
How to edit my profile page
Navigate to the site menu, then select Profile. Once you're on your profile page, click Edit Profile.
Changing my password
To change your password, navigate to your Account Settings, then click Change Password.
How to change email address
Navigate to your Account Settings, then click Change Email. Type in your current password, the new email address, then click Next. A generated code will be sent to your new email account, you will need to enter the code to confirm the change.

Two-factor authentication (Commonly referred to as 2FA) is an extra layer of protection to keeping your account safe and secure from unauthorized logins and creator payout requests.
How do I delete/deactivate my account?
Please keep in mind that your account cannot be restored once deleted! Navigate to your Account Settings, then click Delete Account.
