How to contact support

If you're on a computer, you can open a support ticket by clicking the Support button at the bottom right of your FansMine page. You can also reach us at info@FansMine.com, or sending a direct message to @FansMine on Twitter.

Where is the homepage

You can navigate to the homepage by going to fansmine.com, or clicking the FansMine logo at the top left. If you're on mobile, you can also tap the home icon at the bottom left panel.

How do I send a direct message

Once your email address has been verified, you can send a direct message by clicking the envelope icon on a user's profile page.

What is my username or profile link

You can find your username or profile link by opening the site menu, then select Profile. Your username is the unique name next to the @ symbol. To find your profile link, click the upward arrow icon above Edit Profile to copy the URL.

How to check who I currently follow

You can access your Following list by opening the site menu, then click Followers underneath your user information. The page will be redirected to your Followers list, click the Following tab to display the users you currently follow.
