What are tips

Tips are a one-time payment directly to the creator. You might need to tip to access certain pieces of media on a creator’s feed or in DMs.

Maximum and minimum tip amount

The minimum tip amount is $1, the maximum tip amount is $150.

How to send a tip

There is a ‘tip’ button under each post made by a creator, next to the like button.Alternatively, you can tip a creator directly on their profile.

Tipped the wrong user or tipped an incorrect amount

If you have accidentally tipped the wrong user, or mistakenly tipped an incorrect amount, please reach out to our support team via email to info@fansmine.com.

Was my tip received?

If your tip was sent successfully, you’ll be able to see the transaction here: https://fansmine.com under ‘Wallet Transaction History’.

Can I cancel a sent tip

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a sent tip.

Content not received

If you have tipped for specific content and have not received it, please reach out to the creator. If that is not possible, please reach out to our support team via email to info@fansmine.com.

Unable to purchase media or send a tip

If you are unable to purchase media, please ensure you have either a valid payment method attached to your account, or have access to sufficient wallet balance to complete the purchase.
